Plangreen were successfully awarded the fit out contract to completely refurbish a house in Fulham. Working closely with the project manager, shell contractor and interior designer the project included, full height basement, side return and rear extension, double loft conversion and full refurbishment of the existing Victorian building fabric.
Duration – 7 months
WORKS INVOLVED:
- New floor joists
- Board and insulation
- New water main providing up-rated flow rate and increased pressure
- Install 3 phase electrical supply
- Full rewire including Forbes & Lomax switches and sockets
- New heating system ‘unvented cylinder system – ‘A’ rated boiler, water softener and water piped under floor heating
- Full joinery package including dressing room wardrobes & vanity units
- 5x bathroom install
- Marble wet rooms with water proof membrane system

- Therma fleece wall, ceiling and floor insulation (Ultra & Cosy wool)

- Magply – sustainably manufactured plasterboard

- Additional internal wall insulation
- Triple glazed sliding sash windows
