Sustainable Building Practices
We believe the ecological impact to any building project should be minimised by using trusted, innovative and sustainable products. We use natural products (such as sheep’s wool insulation) rather than the man made equivalents to reduce the carbon-footprint of our building works. We also provide services (EPC assessments and solar panel installation) to improve the efficiency of your home or work place. We also recycle where possible.
Property Maintenance and Block Refurbishment
Plangreen offer a full property management service for residential blocks and tenant complexes. With clear understanding and experience of the tender processes and section 20 legislation we can provide a straight forward and officiated outlay for all maintenance and refurbishment works.
Redecoration of hallways, landings, reception areas carried out with minimal disruption and all electrical services undertaken to meet current regulations. Options for heavy tread carpet and interior furnishings are also available.
